A note from Thomas, the founder
In 2021, I built a flashcard app for fun. Learning about AI that year gave me the idea to combine AI exercises with spaced repetition. I've worked on Repetium in my spare time since January 2025. Read more about the making of Repetium

Can I start as a beginner?+
Yes. Choose your level or let Repetium assess it in a short text chat. You can start with no previous knowledge.
How does Repetium adapt my practice?+
Repetium creates exercises for your interests, level and vocabulary. These include short texts and written conversations. If you're learning for a trip, practice everyday travel situations.
How does review work?+
Repetium uses spaced repetition to plan your review. Difficult words return sooner. As you remember them better, the gaps between reviews grow.
Which languages and devices can I use?+
Learn English, Spanish or German in your phone or computer's browser. No installation is needed. Menus and instructions are available in all three languages.
